Designed a custom pension data management system for Canada's leading actuarial firm. Shipped as a working product in 9 months via dual-track Scrum.

Designed the CRA-mandated compliance experiences accountants stake their business on, including a credential flow that cut EFILE password failures by ~62% year over year.

Designed an agentic AI concept that drafts a client's full tax return in under two minutes. Going from hackathon seed to prototype that changed the FY27 roadmap.

Authored the strategic vision and design strategy for Intuit's cloud professional tax platform, aligned a multi-product org behind it, and secured a funded multi-year roadmap.
